REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF AMY & ELY

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the order provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the description of each product before buying it, it provides all the details of the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on cancel@amyandely.com with your Order ID. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us from the form below with the images of the defect and do write in the subject REPLACEMENT or EXCHANGE keywords. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time of 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AMY & ELY, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

  • You received a defective/damaged item
  • The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
  • The order is different from what you ordered.

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

During peak seasons please allow up to 15-20 business days for your return to process.

REFUND REQUEST

To request a refund, simply fill the form below. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Upon approval of your refund request our team will contact you about the same within 2-3 business days.
